目的提高小包装中药饮片调配质量。方法应用管理学上的帕累托图分析方法,将影响门诊中药房小包装中药饮片调配质量的因素分成5项,找出影响调配质量的主要因素和次要因素。结果多配(或少配)药量、其中一剂不符和漏配药是主要因素,配错药和多配(或少配)剂数是次要因素。结论针对影响调配质量的主要因素确定提高小包装中药饮片调配质量的改进方向。
Objective to improve the quality of small package Chinese medicine Pieces deployment. Methods Using the Pareto chart analysis method in management, the factors influencing the quality of small pieces of Chinese medicine decoction in outpatient pharmacy were divided into five items to find out the main and secondary factors that affect the quality of blending. Results with multiple (or less) dose, one of the discrepancies and leakage dispensing is the main factor, with wrong drugs and more with (or less) dose is a secondary factor. Conclusion According to the main factors influencing the quality of blending, the improvement direction of improving the quality of small package Chinese Herbal Pieces is determined.
