目的通过岗前健康检查,了解独山子石化公司员工的健康状况及发现职业禁忌证者。方法对2011、2012年新分员工岗前健康检查资料进行汇总,采用描述流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果检出听力异常118人,异常检出率为11.53%。男性高频听力下降检出率明显高于女性(P<0.05)。白细胞偏低检出率最高,为3.42%。男女之间血红蛋白偏低、血小板偏低检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应重视上岗前健康检查,早期检出职业禁忌证者,避免从事相关作业,从而消除或降低因接触毒害作业而引起的风险,更好地保护青年人的健康。
Objective To understand the health status of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company employees and to find out who have contraindications through pre-job health checkups. Methods The health checkup data of new employees in 2011 and 2012 were summarized and the descriptive epidemiological method was used for statistical analysis. Results Hearing abnormalities were detected in 118 people, the abnormal detection rate was 11.53%. The detection rate of high frequency hearing loss in males was significantly higher than that in females (P <0.05). Leucocyte low detection rate was the highest, 3.42%. Low hemoglobin between men and women, low detection rate of platelet was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It is important to pay attention to pre-job health check-up, early detection of occupational contraindications and avoid related work so as to eliminate or reduce the risk caused by exposure to poisoning work and better protect young people’s health.
