在短跑教学过程中,常出现100米跑后半程速度明显降低的现象,为解决这一问题,提高学生的达标率,作者通过对学生在短跑教学时,一组运用全程跑练习中加入放松跑,而另一组仍采用正常的全程跑来练习,发现采用放松跑的一组通过24学时的教学,成绩明显高于未采用放松跑的一组,通过对比说明采用放松跑练习对体育系学生成绩提高有较大好处,为今后短跑教学摸出一条新路子。
In the process of sprint teaching, the phenomenon that the speed in the last half of the 100-meter race is significantly reduced appears. In order to solve this problem and improve students ’compliance rate, the author adds a relaxation to the students’ Run, while the other group is still using the normal full run to practice and found that the use of a group of relaxed running through 24 hours of teaching, the results were significantly higher than the group did not use loose running, by contrasting the use of relaxed running practice of the Department of Physical Education Students improve the performance of greater benefits for the future sprint teaching to find a new path.
