陕西机械学院教学楼因地下水位变化导致沉降。本文介绍了裂损情况、特点及处理方法。分析原因后,证明土的强度降低是主要因素,还有地基土质不均、承载力选用偏高、建筑体型和平面布置复杂等其他因素,并用公式计算了最终沉降量。最后提出结合抗震采用钢筋混凝土板墙的墙体加固方案,并简述了作法及保证结构安全的防治措施和建议。
The school building of Shaanxi Institute of Machinery caused settlement due to changes in the groundwater level. This article describes the cracking situation, characteristics and treatment methods. After analyzing the reasons, it was proved that the decrease of soil strength was the main factor, as well as other factors such as uneven foundation soil, high selection of bearing capacity, complex building shape and layout, and calculation of the final settlement using the formula. Finally, a wall reinforcement scheme based on reinforced concrete slab wall for earthquake resistance is put forward, and the practices and measures to ensure the safety of the structure are briefly described.
