目的探讨内镜下直视治疗上消化道异物的疗效与可行性。方法对2008-01-2009-12成都医学院第一附属医院消化内科内镜室收治的36例上消化道异物患者进行回顾性分析,总结异物取出经验。结果该组36例经胃镜直视下取异物,35例获得成功,无大出血、穿孔等严重并发症,1例经外科手术取出。结论内镜直视下取异物简便、安全、有效,并发症可控,为上消化道取异物的首选方法 ,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract foreign body. Methods A retrospective analysis of 36 cases of upper gastrointestinal foreign body admitted to Department of Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from January 2008 to December 2009 was conducted to summarize the experience of foreign body removal. Results Thirty-six patients in this group underwent direct gastroscopic surgery to take foreign bodies, 35 cases were successful, no serious bleeding, perforation and other serious complications, 1 case was surgically removed. Conclusion It is easy, safe and effective to take foreign bodies under the direct vision of the endoscope. The controllable complications are the preferred method for taking foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract. It is worth further clinical application.
