目的了解脑瘫患儿的心理行为发育状况及常见心理行为问题。方法采用Achenbach’s儿童行为量表对辖区内61例4~16岁脑瘫患儿、61例对照儿童的家长进行调查,并对结果进行分析比较。结果脑瘫组儿童社会能力问题检出率为34.21%,明显高于对照组儿童(13.16%);脑瘫组儿童在活动情况、社交情况、学校情况及社交能力的总分,都差于对照组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑瘫组儿童行为问题检出率为31.15%,明显高于对照组(14.75%);脑瘫组男、女儿童在攻击性行为、多动、违纪行为因子得分与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在社交退缩、抑郁、躯体主诉、性问题、分裂样、交往不良、强迫-冲动、内隐性行为问题、外隐性行为问题、行为问题的总分上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫儿童较普通儿童存在更多的心理行为问题,其心理健康状态影响着患儿的生存质量,必须引起高度重视。
Objective To understand the mental and behavioral development of children with cerebral palsy and common psychological problems. Methods The Achenbach’s Child Behavior Checklist was used to investigate the parents of 61 children aged 4 ~ 16 years with cerebral palsy and 61 children of the control group. The results were analyzed and compared. Results The detection rate of children’s social competence in cerebral palsy group was 34.21%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (13.16%). The children with cerebral palsy had worse scores on activities, social conditions, school conditions and social skills than those in control group , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The detection rate of behavioral problems in children with cerebral palsy group was 31.15%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (14.75%). There was no significant difference between male and female children with cerebral palsy over the scores of aggression, hyperactivity and discipline (P > 0.05), but higher than the control group in social withdrawal, depression, body complaints, sexual problems, schizophrenia, poor communication, impulsiveness, implicit behavior problems, explicit behavior problems, behavioral problems , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Children with cerebral palsy have more psychological problems than ordinary children. The mental health status of children with cerebral palsy affects their quality of life and must be given high priority.
