卫生部贯彻《九十年代中国儿童发展规划纲要》实施方案暨省别妇幼卫生规划讨论会于2月21～24日在广州举行.卫生部部长陈敏章、副部长何界生讲了话,妇幼司司长王凤兰对《卫生部实施<九十年代中国儿童发展规划纲要>方案》作了说明;世界卫生组织西太区办事处主任韩相泰博士、联合国儿童基金会驻华代表处高级项目官员帕克博士、联合国人口基金首席项目官员崛部伸子女士等,也应邀发了言.现将他们的讲话、发言以文章形式刊载于此,供读者学习、参阅.
The Ministry of Health’s implementation of the “Outline of the 1990s China Children’s Development Plan” and the discussion program for the province’s maternity and child hygiene plan were held in Guangzhou from February 21 to 24. Minister of Health Chen Minzhang and Deputy Minister He Jiesheng spoke and the Ministry of Women and Children Wang Fenglan explained the “Program for the Implementation of the Outline of the China Children Development Plan for the 1990s” by the Ministry of Health; Dr. Han Sang Tai, Director of the Western Pacific Region Office of the World Health Organization; Dr. Parker, Senior Program Officer, UNICEF Representative Office in China, UN The chief project officer of the UNFPA, Ms. Miyoshi Sadako, also gave a speech inviting them to speak. They will now publish their speeches and articles in the form of articles for readers to learn and read.
