自我指导(简称自导)教育法是一种十分有效的在职人员培训形式,已被世界上许多国家所广泛采用.本文介绍自我指导教育法及其在浙江省围产保健培训项目中应用的情况.该培训项目由美国霍普基金会、浙江省卫生厅、浙江医科大学三方合作,在省儿童保健院、绍兴市妇幼保健院、萧山市人民医院、萧山市妇幼保健院和余航县人民医院等单位实施.
The self-directed (self-directed) education law is a very effective form of on-the-job training. It has been widely used in many countries around the world. This article describes the self-directed education method and its application in the perinatal health training program in Zhejiang Province. The training program was cooperated by the Hope Foundation of the United States, the Zhejiang Provincial Health Department, and the Zhejiang Medical University. The Provincial Children’s Health Hospital, the Shaoxing Maternal and Child Health Hospital, the Xiaoshan City People’s Hospital, the Xiaoshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the Yuhang County People’s Hospital Such units are implemented.
