这篇文章是根据美国专利 No3,612,151“连续铸造的控制”和参阅日本铝总合杂志1973年5月号“熔炼铸造中最近的技术进步”一文中“热顶连续铸造”一节(16—22页)编写的。铝合金熔体在经过除气和过滤净化处理之后,为了防止在铸模中结晶期间产生再度污染,热顶铸造是有效的方法。文中叙述了冷隔、油隔和偏析浮出物等表面缺陷的产生与铸模热传导控制之间的理论关系,它们对于现埸生产即有理论指导意义也有一定的现时意义,值得参考。
This article is based on U.S. Patent No. 3,612,151 entitled “Continuous Casting Control” and in the article “Hot Continuous Roof Casting” in the May 1973 issue of “Aluminum Alloy Magazine of Japan”, “Recent Technical Progress in Smelting Foundry” 22 pages). After the aluminum melt has been degassed and the filter cleaned, hot top casting is an effective method to prevent re-contamination during crystallization in the mold. In this paper, the theoretical relationship between the generation of surface defects such as cold septum, oil septum and segregation floatation and the mold heat conduction control is described. It is worth to refer to the present meaning that there is some theoretical significance for the present production.
