铜和铜合金是稀缺的材料。用包金属的铝合金管代替各种热交换器中的铜管和黄铜管是一个经济的途径。因此,拟定内外包金属的薄壁铝合金管的生产工艺是非常必要的。在以前所作试验中,曾经研究了热挤压双金属和多金属铝合金管的金属流动特性。业已查明,挤压双金属管的质量,在很大程度上取决于基体金属和包复金属强度性能的对比关系和金属层及其厚度的相互配遣。本文采用了冷挤压法制造双金属管。之所以选择这种方法,是因为它有许多优点:
Copper and copper alloys are scarce materials. It is an economical way to replace brass and brass tubes in various heat exchangers with cladded aluminum alloy tubes. Therefore, the development of outsourcing metal thin-walled aluminum tube production process is very necessary. In previous experiments, the metal flow characteristics of hot extruded bimetallic and polymetallic aluminum alloy tubes have been studied. It has been ascertained that the quality of extruded bimetallic tubes depends to a large extent on the contrast between the strength properties of the matrix metal and the clad metal and the interdependency of the metal layers and their thickness. In this paper, a cold extrusion method for manufacturing bimetallic tubes. This method is chosen because of its many advantages:
