目的 研制18F标记的氨基酸类肿瘤显像剂o (2 18F 氟代乙基 ) L 酪氨酸 (18F FET)。方法 亲核氟代法制备 2 18F 氟代乙醇对甲苯磺酸酯 ,再与酪氨酸二钠反应得18F FET。进行了小鼠体内分布实验和小鼠肿瘤显像。结果 18F FET放化收率 4 4% ,放化纯度 >99%。注射后 6 0min小鼠肿瘤显像清晰。结论 18F FET标记简便 ,小鼠肿瘤显像清晰。
Objective To develop 18F labeled amino acid tumor imaging agent o (2 18F fluoroethyl) L tyrosine (18F FET). Methods 2 18F fluoroethanol p-toluenesulfonate was prepared by the nucleophilic fluorination reaction, and then 18F FET was reacted with disodium tyrosinate. Mouse in vivo distribution experiments and mouse tumor imaging were performed. Results 18F FET radiochemical yield 4 4%, radiochemical purity> 99%. Tumor imaging was clear at 60 min after injection. Conclusion 18F FET marker is simple, clear tumor imaging.
