最近,由陈清泰、鲁志强、蒋黔贵为首的国务院发展研究中心、经贸委等单位组成的课题组,对中小企业进行了调查并写成《成长型中小企业发展报告》。这个报告通过对样本企业的评估,描述目前中国成长型中小企业的现状,分析其中存在的问题及其原因,提出一些有针对性的对策建议。这个报告对读者了解中小企业的情况和制定发展中小企业政策大有裨益。根据读者的需要,为了突出重点,本刊在综述时对报告有所删节。
Recently, a research group composed of the State Council Development Research Center headed by Chen Qingtai, Lu Zhiqiang and Jiang Qiangui, the Economic and Trade Committee and other units conducted a survey on SMEs and wrote a report on the development of small and medium-sized growth enterprises. This report, through the evaluation of sample companies, describes the current situation of China's growing SMEs, analyzes the existing problems and their causes, and puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions. This report will help readers understand the situation of SMEs and formulate policies on the development of SMEs.
