目的:评价清肺口服液对于小儿呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎痰热闭肺证咳嗽症状的改善作用。方法:纳入省内5家医院332例RSV肺炎患儿,随机入组。试验组166例用清肺口服液加用不含抗病毒药物的液体,对照组166例,使用利巴韦林加用清肺口服液安慰剂。结果:咳嗽症状改善方面比较,清肺口服液试验组在治疗第3天超过对照组,差别有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清肺口服液治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎痰热闭肺证,能够较好地改善患儿的咳嗽症状,具有较好的止咳化痰作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Qingfei Oral Liquid on the improvement of cough symptoms of lung and phlegm-heat in children with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) pneumonia. Methods: 332 children with RSV pneumonia were included in 5 hospitals in the province and were randomly enrolled. 166 patients in the experimental group were treated with Qingfei oral liquid plus liquid without antiviral drugs, and 166 in the control group were treated with ribavirin plus Qingfei oral liquid placebo. Results: Compared with the control group, Qingfei Oral Liquid test group was significantly higher than the control group on the third day of treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion: Qingfei oral solution in children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia phlegm heat lungs card, can better improve children’s cough symptoms, with good cough and phlegm.
