随着快速步入21世纪和我国经济建设的迅猛发展,思想道德教育俨然已经成为目前紧迫之工作。本文旨在探讨人力资源开发与思想政治教育的基础上,提出了运用人力资源开发与思想政治教育优化整合,调动员工的积极性、开发员工潜能、促进员工全面发展等方面的具体影响方式和过程原理。从而达到运用人力资源开发与思想政治教育的有效整合达到提高人的素质促进经济发展的目的。同时也会起到提高各行各业人力资源人员素质的作用。
With the rapid stepping into the 21st century and the rapid development of China’s economic construction, ideological and moral education has become an urgent task now. Based on the exploration of human resource development and ideological and political education, this paper puts forward the concrete influencing methods and process principles of applying the combination of human resource development and ideological and political education, mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees, developing employee potential, and promoting the all-round development of employees . So as to achieve the purpose of using human resources development and ideological and political education to achieve effective integration to improve people’s quality and promote economic development. Will also play a role in improving the quality of human resources personnel in all walks of life.
