西北轴承集团有限责任公司是以原西北轴承厂为主体经改组建立的国有独资公司,为国家授权的国有资产投资主体。公司按照国家建立现代企业制度试点工作的总体要求,建立了以产权为纽带的母子公司管理体制,实现了企业制度的创新,促进了企业的发展。在改组过程中,我们按企业的产权关系,建立了五个全资子公司、三个控股子公司和一个参股公司,顺利完成了企业重组工作,试点工作取得了阶段性进展。集团公司创立后的第一年(1996年),公司共实现的销售收入、利税总额、利润总额与集团公司创立前的1995年相比,分别增长了9.3%、6.3%和46%。建立现代企业制度为企业发展注入了活力,同时也对企业在新形势下的财务管理提出了新的课题,适应新形势下企业财务管理工作是摆在财务部门面前的一项重要任务,也是试点工作能否取得成功的关
