信访稳定工作,是改进企业领导工作作风、促进廉政勤政的重要渠道;是维护企业稳定、促进和谐发展的重要保障。河北港口集团秦港股份杂货公司自重组整合以来,始终把维护职工队伍稳定,建设“和谐平安港口”作为做好一切工作的前提和必要条件。公司注重人本管理,积极探索“由刚性维稳向韧性促稳转变、由静态维稳向动态维稳转变、由被动维稳向动态保稳转变”的信访工作模式,有力地推动了公司和谐、稳定、健康发展。下面,就公司在信访工作中如何实现“三个转变”进行粗浅的论述:一、由被动维稳向主动保稳转变,逐步建立常态化维稳工作机制
