某烟叶复烤厂职业危害风险分析

目的了解某烟叶复烤厂职业危害风险状况,为预防和控制职业危害提供科学依据。方法在现场调查的基础上,对该厂存在的职业危害因素进行检测,并采用职业危害风险指数法计算作业岗位的风险指数,确定风险等级。结果该厂主要存在烟草尘、煤尘、噪声等职业危害因素,其中粉尘TWA为1.0~9.6 mg/m3,最大超限倍数为1.6~6.2;粉尘危害风险指数为4.9~109.6,其中接短梗岗位粉尘浓度最高,属于极度危害;噪声8 h等效A声级为75.4~98.1 d B(A),噪声危害风险指数为7.8~17.5,属于轻、中度危害。结论依据职业危害风险指数采取治理粉尘、噪声的措施,进一步加强工作场所卫生管理,将职业危害风险降到最低水平。 Objective To understand the risk status of occupational hazards in the redrying plant of a tobacco leaf and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of occupational hazards. Methods Based on the field survey, the occupational hazards of the plant were detected, and the occupational hazard risk index method was used to calculate the risk index of job positions to determine the risk level. Results There were occupational hazards such as tobacco dust, coal dust and noise in the factory. The dust TWA was 1.0 ~ 9.6 mg / m3 and the maximum over limit was 1.6 ~ 6.2. The risk index of dust hazard was 4.9 ~ 109.6, The dust concentration in the post was the highest. It was 75.4-98.1 d B (A) for the equivalent sound level of 8 h and the risk index of noise hazard was 7.8-17.5, which belonged to mild and moderate hazard. Conclusion Based on the occupational hazard risk index, the measures to control dust and noise are taken to further strengthen the hygiene management in the workplace, and the risk of occupational hazards is minimized.
