中职学校的班级管理工作难度大,突发性和复杂性比较明显,客观上增加了班主任的工作艰巨程度。另一个重要的方面,中职班主任的管理方式也存在着一些问题,如何改革创新班级管理方法对于教师的职业教育发展具有重要意义。本文对中职班主任班级管理中面临的压力及消解对策展开了讨论。
Class management in secondary vocational schools is more difficult, more sudden and complex, and objectively increases the difficulty of class work.
