本文研究了核孔滤膜的制造技术和它的特性。结果表明核孔滤膜孔密度为10~6~10~7/cm~2,孔径标准差小于0.12μm,在压差0.95MPa下孔径0.85μm孔膜过滤水的流量为105ml/min·cm~2。利用核孔滤膜可以完全清除油田注水中的硫酸盐还原菌和清除葡萄酒中的酵母菌。
This paper studies the manufacturing technology of nuclear pore filter and its characteristics. The results showed that the pore density of the nuclear pore membrane was 10 ~ 6 ~ 10 ~ 7 / cm ~ 2, the standard deviation of the pore diameter was less than 0.12μm, the flow rate of the membrane filtration water with pore size of 0.85μm was 105ml / min · cm ~ 2. The use of nuclear pore filters can completely eliminate sulfate-reducing bacteria in oilfield waterfloods and remove yeast from the wine.
