为了促进再生稻潜伏芽健壮地生长,争取再生稻高产,我们应用放射性P~(32)示踪方法,从营养的吸收和转运的角度,对再生稻不同位置腋芽发育的营养生理进行了研究。示踪的方法:1.在中稻文胜1号收割前6天(8月9日)将P~(32)试液涂于旗叶上,收割后9天(8月24日),将上下腋位均长有腋芽的稻蔸取样进行放射性测定;2.将上下腋位都有腋芽的中稻“691”和文胜1号稻蔸移至含P~(32)的克朗勃培养液中培养三天后,采样测定放射性。上述测定均分为高位芽(灌水层以上的芽)、低位芽(灌水层以下的芽)、
In order to promote the vigorous growth of latent buds of ratoon rice and to seek high yield of ratoon rice, we studied the vegetative physiology of axillary buds in different positions of ratoon rice by using radioactive P ~ (32) tracing method from the perspective of nutrient absorption and transport. Method of tracing: 1.
