2016年夏秋季,江南、华南、西南等地接连出现强降雨和洪灾,一些企业地势低洼处的设备机具被水浸泡。在洪灾之后应该如何安全地重启机械设备,恢复其正常运行?2016年5月4日以来,江南、华南及西南地区东部等地接连出现强降雨过程。从6月30日20时至7月6日10时,武汉国家基本气象站记录的本轮强降雨已累计降下560.5 mm,且一直未停。这场降雨突破了武汉自有气象记录以来周持续性降水量最大值。
In the summer and autumn of 2016, there were successive heavy rainfalls and floods in southern China, southern China, and southwestern China.
