目前中国尚无真正意义上的可供书目,中文图书采访人员只能利用现有的各类书目信息来源。各类书目信息在制作、传递、利用的过程中会出现各种信息损耗,包括信息缺失、信息错误及信息失效。为了减少信息损耗、扩大订购的覆盖率、提高订单的到货率,图书馆可以采取以下措施:拓宽信息来源渠道,减少信息缺失;规范招标程序,选择优秀馆配商进行合作;加强图书馆采访工作的规范化,提高工作效率。
