藏政办发[2008]106号(二○○八年八月二十二日)各行署、拉萨市人民政府,自治区各委、办、厅、局:青藏高原地质矿产调查与评价专项是国家投资的重大地勘项目,该专项的实施对摸清我区矿产资源家底,积极推动资源优势转变为经济优势,促进我区经济社会跨越式发展具有重要的意义。为保障青藏专项工作顺利实施,实现青藏专项目标任务,根据《青藏高原地质矿产调查与评价专项工作纲要》要求,自治区人民政府决定成立自治区青藏高原地质矿产调查与评价专项工作领导小组。现将领导小组组成人员名单通知如下:
