自1987年7月至1996年1月，我科共完成乳腺癌根治性手术414例。术后发生皮瓣坏死114例（27．5％）。作者总结乳腺癌根治术中皮瓣处理的临床经验包括：切除范围适宜、皮瓣厚薄合理、副肾上腺素盐水及电刀使用得当，合理的引流及加压包扎、正确处理坏死的皮瓣等。
From July 1987 to January 1996, 414 cases of radical mastectomy for breast cancer were completed in our department. Postoperative flap necrosis occurred in 114 cases (27.5%). The authors summarized the clinical experience of skin flap management in radical mastectomy: appropriate range of resection, reasonable thickness of flaps, proper use of sub-adrenergic saline and electrocautery, reasonable drainage and pressure dressing, and proper handling of necrotic flaps.
