本文分别用热水、含尿素的冷碱和热碱溶液从毛柄金钱菌子实体中提纯得三种组分Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ。均为葡聚糖大分子,其分子量分别为87万、84万和60万。红外及酶解结果间接表明它们的连接键主要为β-糖苷键,紫外及其他定性分析提示它们几乎不含蛋白质。抗肿瘤活性实验结果:组分Ⅰ对小鼠植入S_(180)实体瘤的生长具有明显的抑制作用。
In this paper, the three components I, II and III were purified from the fruit bodies of D. salina with hot water, cold alkali containing urea and hot alkali solution respectively. Both are dextran macromolecules with molecular weights of 870,000, 840 and 600,000, respectively. Infrared and enzymatic hydrolysis results indirectly indicate that their linkages are mainly β-glycosidic bonds, and UV and other qualitative analysis suggest that they are almost free of protein. Anti-tumor activity test results: Component I has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of mice implanted with S_(180) solid tumors.
