雷公藤治疗免疫性疾病有特殊的疗效。但其毒副作用较大,毒副作用的突出表现是男子精子减少,活力下降,妇女闭经。动物试验认为在一定条件下是可逆的。但尚未见到临床系统报告。 我院临床实验科用雷公藤糖浆剂常规量给药,在Ba/b/c小鼠动物试验,100％获节育效果,但90％成双小鼠可再孕再育。电镜下证明曲细精管各级生精细胞减少,精母细胞和精原细胞呈空泡变性,琥珀酸脱氢酶(SOH)及酸性硷酸酶(ACP)减少。给药鼠卵巢明显增大,成熟黄体持续存在,子宫内膜呈明显增生变化。试验证明有10％小白鼠绝育,这引起我们的关切。人们所熟知强直性脊柱炎,主要侵犯男性育龄青年,本药能否给此类病人长期用药,至关重要。为
Tripterygium has special effects in the treatment of immune diseases. However, its toxic side effects are large, and the prominent manifestations of toxic and side effects are men’s sperm reduction, decreased vitality, and women’s amenorrhea. Animal experiments believe that it is reversible under certain conditions. However, no clinical system report has yet been seen. The clinical laboratory of our hospital was administered with Tripterygium Syrup in a routine dose. In the Ba/b/c mouse animal experiment, 100% received a contraceptive effect, but 90% of the double mice could be bred again. Electron microscopy showed that spermatogenic cells at each level of the seminiferous tubules decreased, spermatocytes and spermatogonia vacuolar degeneration, succinate dehydrogenase (SOH) and acid citrate (ACP) decreased. The ovary of the mice was significantly increased, the mature corpus luteum persisted, and the endometrium showed marked hyperplasia. The test proved that 10% of mice were sterilized, which has caused our concern. People are familiar with ankylosing spondylitis, which mainly infringes on men of childbearing age. Whether this medicine can be used for such patients for long-term use is crucial. for
