神经生长因子是一种多功能、多肽性的物质,通过特异的靶细胞表面的神经生长因子受体介导产生生物学效应。它对肿瘤细胞主要表现为抗凋亡的活性,具有强烈的促进肿瘤细胞生长的作用,与肿瘤的增殖、分化和转移有着密切的关系。高亲和力受体Trk A与低亲和力受体p75在癌组织中均表达,研究表明Trk A与p75与肿瘤的预后、分级及肿瘤类型均相关。适当应用p75和Trk A的激动剂或抑制剂,可为更好的治疗肿瘤提供有效的办法。
Nerve growth factor is a multifunctional, pluronic substance that mediates the biological effects mediated by specific nerve growth factor receptors on the surface of target cells. It is mainly anti-apoptotic activity of tumor cells, has a strong role in promoting tumor cell growth, and tumor proliferation, differentiation and metastasis are closely related. High affinity receptor Trk A and low affinity receptor p75 are expressed in cancerous tissues, studies have shown that Trk A and p75 and tumor prognosis, grade and tumor type are related. Appropriate use of p75 and Trk A agonists or inhibitors, for better treatment of cancer provides an effective way.
