在“管好、修好、用好”设备上下功夫,芳烃部——芳烃部共有管式加热炉45台,热负荷874兆瓦,炉型结构分别为加氢炉、重整炉、制氢炉、芳烃炉等类型,燃烧消耗约占能耗的65%,2009年加热炉效率年平均值为90.23%,与先进水平差距较大。在向镇海炼化学习过程中,镇海炼化的“效益理念、管理理念、安全和环保理念”三大理念让我们学有所获,芳烃部在形势任务宣讲和班组建设中,大力宣传镇海炼化三大理念,鼓励广大员工从精细化管理着手,在“管好、修好、用好”设备上下功夫,强化加热炉管理,出谋划策,多为企业降耗增效。

Aromatics Department vigorously publicized the situation and mission development and team building Zhenhai Refining three concepts to encourage the majority of employees from the meticulous management of the “good management, repair, good use of” equipment make efforts to strengthen the furnace management, give advice and counsel, mostly for enterprises to reduce consumption and efficiency.
