作者此前报道大肠杆菌内噬菌体表达载体λgtll 制备多房棘球蚴重组体抗原Ⅱ/3。此抗原采用免疫印迹法对泡球蚴患者及其他蠕虫感染免疫学诊断价值进行了评价。结果表明初次诊断的灵敏性为98%,特异性为96%.证实了Ⅱ/3在免疫诊断上有很高潜
The authors previously reported E. coli bacteriophage expression vector λgtll preparation of multi-house Echinococcosis recombinant antigen Ⅱ / 3. This antigen was immunoblotted for the diagnosis of eczema in patients with cysticerci and other worm infections. The results showed that the sensitivity of the initial diagnosis was 98%, the specificity was 96% .It was confirmed that Ⅱ / 3 in immune diagnosis has a high potential
