研究了部分重熔过程中,6061铝合金粉末压制块的组织演变过程及其机理,讨论了重熔温度对半固态组织的影响。结果表明,6061铝合金粉末压制块经部分重熔后,能获得细小、圆整的半固态组织。部分重熔可分为3个阶段:初期晶粒的快速粗化、组织分离与球状化以及最后初生相颗粒的粗化。适当提高温度有利于获得理想的半固态组织。
In the partial remelting process, the microstructure evolution and mechanism of 6061 aluminum alloy powder compact were studied. The effect of remelting temperature on the microstructure was also discussed. The results show that the 6061 aluminum alloy pressed block can be partially and remelted to obtain the fine and round semisolid microstructure. Partial remelting can be divided into three stages: the initial rapid coarse grain, tissue separation and spheroidization and the final coarse particles of primary coarsening. Appropriate increase in temperature is conducive to obtaining the ideal semi-solid tissue.
