目的:分析某三甲医院2014-2015年使用抗菌药物的情况,为抗菌药物的合理使用提供指导建议。方法:通过回顾性分析方法,抽取某三甲医院280例病例,分析统计所选患者的临床抗菌药物使用情况,总结医院对抗菌类药物的使用率、使用时间和使用排名。结果:医院在抗菌药物使用方面存在严重不合理情况,抗菌药物使用时间较长、使用率远远超出国家卫生部规定的标准,并且在使用排名上也存在严重不合理。结论:医院在对抗菌药物临床使用方面存在严重不合理现象,对患者自身和医院都带了消极影响。鉴于此,我们要认真分析医院使用抗菌类药物的情况,分析存在不合理的原因,采取一定的改善措施,规范抗菌类药物合理使用。
Objective: To analyze the use of antibacterials in a top three hospital from 2014 to 2015 and provide suggestions for the rational use of antibacterials. Methods: By means of retrospective analysis, we extracted 280 cases from a top three hospital, analyzed and analyzed the clinical use of antibacterials in selected patients, and summarized the usage rate, usage time and usage ranking of antibacterials in hospitals. Results: There were serious unreasonable use of antibacterials in hospitals, antibacterials were used for a long time, the usage rate far exceeded the standards set by the Ministry of Health, and there was also a serious unreasonable use of antibacterials. CONCLUSIONS: There are serious unreasonable hospitals in the clinical use of antimicrobial agents, which negatively affect both the patients themselves and the hospitals. In view of this, we must carefully analyze the use of antimicrobial drugs in hospitals, analyze the reasons for unreasonableness, and take certain measures to improve the rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
