一、差动鏜杆概述我们在生产实践中,有时需要对一些大直径(Ф100毫米以上)连续深孔(1000毫米以上)进行鏜削。不管是在鏜床上还是在车床上加工,都要求其工作台行程或导轨长度以及鏜杆长度至少要大于被加工工件长度的一倍,这样现有的通用设备就难以胜任,如T612的工作台行程仅为1600毫米。于是人们寻求一种让鏜刀在鏜杆旋转的同时又沿其轴向移动的鏜削方法。这样鏜杆只需略长于加工工件长度即可,这对鏜杆的制造及通用设备的利用都是十分有利的,我们就把这种本身旋转同时鏜刀又沿其轴向移动的鏜杆称之为差动鏜杆。它的工作原理如图1所示。
