第二次全国热处理经验交流会提出:“向热处理要能源、要钢材、要速度”是当前热处理工作者的重要任务。本文就这方面问题提出一些看法,供大家参考。产品零部件的设计在机器制造厂中,一般热处理车间的电能消耗约占全厂耗电量的40%以上。因此,产品设计人员除应根据零部件在整机中的服役条件,设计合适的结构,选用适当的材料外,还应提出合理的热处理要求。应尽量选用不经热处理即可符合要求的钢材,或提出比较简化的热处理工艺就可以达到需要的技术要求。在机器制造中,广泛选用低、中碳碳素钢或低、中碳合金钢等结构钢作为零部件的材料,而结构钢常用
