随着现代企业制度的推行和财务管理中心地位的确立,企业财务管理的作用越来越重要。在企业管理方式的选择中,预算管理以其在企业经营中的独特功能和作用,越来越引起人们的重视。工程项目管理中的预算管理直接影响到工程的招标、施工价格等方面。做好施工企业预算管理工作是关系到企业存活的关键举措,在分析施工企业预算管理工作的重要的作用的基础上,提出了做好施工企业预算管理工作的若干措施。
