报告钙拮抗剂颅通定对45例次快速型室上性心律失常的疗效及其电生理作用。对快速型室上性心律失常有效率 81.8%(9/11)。电生理研究显示该药主要作用是延长房室传导系统有效不应期(从 284±65 ms延长至 328±58 ms)和心房有效不应期(从 211±36 ms延长至 238±34 ms,P<0.01),且减慢房室传导。该药无严重副作用。以临床疗效结合电生理作用研究结果对颅通定抗心律失常机理进行了探讨。
Therapeutic effect and its electrophysiological effects of craniotomidine, a calcium antagonist, on 45 patients with supracondylar supraventricular. The rapid onset of supraventricular arrhythmias was 81.8% (9/11). Electrophysiological studies have shown that the main role of the drug is to extend the effective refractory period of atrioventricular conduction system (from 284 ± 65 ms to 328 ± 58 ms) and atrial effective refractory period (from 211 ± 36 ms to 238 ± 34 ms, P <0.01), and slowed atrioventricular conduction. This medicine has no serious side effects. With the clinical efficacy combined with electrophysiological findings of the craniocerebral antiarrhythmic mechanism were discussed.
