今年3月6日,吉林省和龙市沙金沟胡丕臣煤矿业主(系个体小煤窑)擅自打开已被当地有关部门查封的不合格矿井准备作业,令一名工人下井查看,20分钟未返回。随后矿长及另4名工人相继下井,均发生急性一氧化碳中毒,6人无一生还。 4月4日,浙江省嘉兴市卓皓化工有限公司(个体企业)发生液氯钢瓶爆炸,氯气外溢,造成33人氯气中毒。
