目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的CT表现。材料与方法:回顾性分析67例临床HIE的患儿CT表现和程度及合并颅内出血的类型。结果:轻度21例,中度39例,重度7例,合并出血27例。CT主要表现为脑水肿及颅内出血,轻度HIE患者病变常累及1-2个脑叶,以额顶叶多见;而中、重度者灰白质均受累且常伴有蛛网膜下腔出血、侧脑室内出血或脑实质内出血及硬膜下出血等。结论:CT检查为HIE患儿临床提供诊断依据及分度,并指导临床治疗。
Objective: To investigate the CT findings of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Materials and Methods: A retrospective analysis of 67 cases of clinical HIE in children with CT findings and extent of intracranial hemorrhage and type. Results: Mild 21 cases, moderate 39 cases, severe 7 cases, combined bleeding in 27 cases. CT mainly manifested as cerebral edema and intracranial hemorrhage, mild HIE lesions often involving 1-2 lobes, to the frontal lobe see more; and moderate and severe are involved in the gray matter and often accompanied by subarachnoid hemorrhage, Lateral ventricular hemorrhage or intraparenchymal hemorrhage and subdural hemorrhage. Conclusion: CT examination provides the basis for clinical diagnosis and classification for HIE children and guides the clinical treatment.
