激励是现代管理中最基本、最重要也是最复杂的管理职能。创造一个良好激励员工的学习和成长环境,发挥广大教职员工的主观能动性是提高高职院校教学质量和办学水平,增强学校的核心竞争力的有效手段。本文介绍了现行有关激励的理论和方法,并以此为基础,研究和设计了高职院校的激励机制,希望能给部分高职院校的管理起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Incentive is the most basic, the most important and most complex management function in modern management. Creating a good environment for motivating employees to learn and grow up and giving full play to the subjective initiative of faculty and staff is an effective way to improve the quality of teaching and the level of running a school in higher vocational colleges and enhance the core competitiveness of schools. This article introduces the current theories and methods of motivation, and based on this, studies and designs the motivation mechanism of higher vocational colleges, hoping to give some higher vocational colleges management a valuable role.
