患者,男,26岁,农民。以面部眼睑浮肿,腰疼1周、低热、乏力3天入院。查体:体温37.8℃,脉搏85次/分、呼吸20次/分、血压16/12kPa。面色淡白、表情痛苦。全身皮肤粘膜无黄染及瘀点,浅表淋巴结无肿大。心肺无异常,肝脾触诊无肿大,肛门及外生殖器未触诊。胸透未见异常。实验诊断:尿常规:蛋白(+++)、镜检:白细胞少量、红细胞少量、上皮细胞少量、颗粒管型少量;尿比重:1.050。血清尿素氮
