患者男,44岁,因车祸撞伤会阴部出现血管性阳萎。既往体健无服药史。阴茎及睾丸正常。血睾酮、催乳激素和空腹血糖均在正常范围。会阴部神经检查正常。夜间阴茎充胀试验表明阴茎勃起异常。患者经过睾酮、育亨宾及真空负压吸引疗效不满意。罂粟碱试验出现不完全反应。复合B超示:海绵体动脉功能正常,左右海绵体动脉血流峰值为98cm/分和54cm/分。正压灌注海绵体测量和海绵体造影
