当前社会新形势下,我国医疗卫生行业竞争越来越激烈,医改工作推行越来越深入,这些都对医院的财务管理工作提出了新的要求和挑战。与此同时,医院财务管理工作中存在的一些问题和隐患也在新形势背景下逐渐显现出来,给医院财务管理的进一步发展造成了阻碍和影响。因此,必须要加强对医院财务管理工作的改革和创新。文章就目前我国医院财务管理工作的现状以及所面临的新形势进行简单的分析和总结,并就如何更好地强化和完善医院财务管理工作提出自己的建议和看法,从而更好地推动医院经营建设的优质、高效、平稳发展。
Under the new situation of the current society, the competition in the healthcare industry in our country is getting fiercer and the medical reform work is more and more in-depth. All these put forward new requirements and challenges to the hospital’s financial management. At the same time, some problems and hidden dangers existing in the hospital’s financial management work are gradually emerging under the background of new situation, which hinder and affect the further development of the hospital’s financial management. Therefore, we must strengthen the hospital’s financial management reform and innovation. The article briefly analyzes and summarizes the status quo and the new situation of the hospital’s financial management in our country at present, and puts forward my own suggestions and opinions on how to better strengthen and perfect the hospital’s financial management so as to better promote the operation of the hospital The construction of high-quality, efficient and stable development.
