冠心病是导致人类死亡主要的心血管疾病,及时准确的诊断是冠心病治疗的重要前提。过去十年,随着技术不断革新和改进,CT冠状动脉血管造影(coronary computed tomography an-giography,CCTA)已成为临床冠心病诊断及筛查的主要检查方法,其较高的特异性和灵敏度,无创、快速、经济的优点已被业内同仁认可,同时辐射剂量问题也引起全世界的关注,美国食品与药品管理委员会(FDA)公布了美国心脏病委员会的研究结果:认为一次CT检查每产生10mAs的有效剂量就增加1/2000的癌变发生率。当前,不少降低辐射剂量的新技术和新方法应用于临床,笔者就冠状动脉CT成像低辐射剂量技术及进展进行综述。
