全面预算管理以及企业内部控制企业管理事最重要的两个方面,通过全面预算管理不但可以明确企业战略目标,而且强化企业内部控制。因此,以全面预算管理为核心的企业内部控制是行之有效的企业管理措施。文章主要探讨企业全面预算管理的特点,对企业内部控制作用加以研究,主要探讨全面预算管理核心的的内部控制,从而促进企业工作效率的提升,以及企业发展目标的实现。
Comprehensive budget management and enterprise internal control of the two most important aspects of business management, through a comprehensive budget management can not only clear corporate strategic objectives, but also strengthen internal control. Therefore, the internal control based on the overall budget management is an effective business management measure.
