上海科技投资公司是1992年底,根据市府、市委“关于发展科学技术、依靠科技进步,振兴上海经济的决定”而组建的,它是上海唯一的专门从事高科技产业投资的国有独资公司,它的创建和发展,将对上海高科技产业发展具有相当影响。经过近6年的实践,有很多方面值得我们认真总结。为了办好科技投资公司,特就以下问题进行思考和探讨。
At the end of 1992, Shanghai Science and Technology Investment Company was established according to the municipal government and municipal Party committee’s “Decision on Developing Science and Technology, Relying on Scientific and Technological Progress and Revitalizing Shanghai’s Economy”. It is the only wholly state-owned company specialized in high-tech industry in Shanghai The creation and development of Shanghai’s high-tech industries will have a considerable impact. After nearly 6 years of practice, there are many aspects worthy of our serious conclusion. In order to run a good science and technology investment company, special thinking and discussion on the following issues.
