法律教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分。改革开放以来,中国的法律教育事业发展迅速,取得了巨大成就。但是,与我国的社会和经济发展、民主和法制建设的客观需要比,法律教育仍面临不少问题与困难。应当承认,我国的法律教育还很年轻,还存在着诸多缺陷和不足。因此,如何培养面向21世纪的具有较高素质和创新能力的法律人才,已成为我国法律教育发展过程中必须思考、探索和解决的问题。
Legal education is an important part of the national education system. Since the reform and opening up, China’s legal education has witnessed rapid development and achieved tremendous achievements. However, compared with the objective needs of China’s social and economic development, democracy and legal construction, legal education still faces many problems and difficulties. It should be admitted that legal education in our country is still young and there are still many shortcomings and deficiencies. Therefore, how to cultivate legal talents with high quality and ability to innovate facing the 21st century has become a problem that must be considered, explored and solved in the development of legal education in our country.
