社区卫生服务是基于社区的一种综合性的基本卫生服务,是提高社区居民健康水平的重要保障。发展社区卫生服务可以优化卫生资源配置,成为有效缓解群众看病难、看病贵问题的切入点;也可以带动和促进城镇职工基本医疗保险制度、药品生产流通体制和医疗救助制度等方面的改革与发展。本文从社区卫生服务的现状出发,并对存在的问题提出一些完善的建议,使社区卫生服务能够真正达到缓解群众看病的功效。
