“以病人为中心”是全心全意为人民健康服务的具体体现,是医疗卫生行业建设发展的根本目的,强调以病人为医疗服务的主体,就要将病人放在第一和最高地位,既体现了救死扶伤,实行人道主义的原则,又体现了全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨。“以病人为中心”作为医院优质服务的主导思想,已成为医院建立新型的医患关系,建立包括患者医疗、心理、安全、生活等全方位、全过程的整体服务体系的理论基础和行为准则,它必将促进医院改革向深层次发展。
“Patient as the center” is the concrete embodiment of serving the people’s health with wholeheartedness. It is the fundamental purpose of the development of the medical and health industry. It emphasizes that taking the patient as the main body of the medical service will put the patient in the first and highest position. The principle of serving the people is to save lives and remedy injuries, and it also reflects the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. The “patient-centered” principle as the hospital’s high-quality service has become the theoretical basis and the code of conduct for the hospital to establish a new type of doctor-patient relationship and establish an overall service system that includes all aspects of the patient’s medical, psychological, security, and life processes. It will surely promote hospital reform to a deeper level.
