The current incidence of type 2 diabetes increased year by year, for the newly diagnosed part of the higher fasting blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes need insulin therapy. However, the use of a large amount of insulin can cause weight gain and hyperinsulinemia can have adverse effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. I choose
