目的探讨箭叶淫羊藿16个居群(含光叶变种1居群)的主要活性成分变异及地理分布规律。方法利用高效液相色谱法对药材中最重要并具特征性的活性成分,即朝藿定A、B、C和淫羊藿苷(简称淫羊藿多苷)所构成的峰(简称ABCI组峰)进行指纹图谱特征分析。结果 16个居群可划分为4大类6亚类。朝藿定C主导谱最普遍,75%的居群为该类型。AHHS(安徽黄山)居群为空白谱,HBLT(湖北罗田)为唯一淫羊藿苷主导且朝藿定B强于朝藿定C的居群。结论基于ABCI的化学变异研究及类型划分对箭叶淫羊藿的种质资源评价、筛选和利用具有重要指导意义。HNZJ、HNLS、HBHF和HBLT四个居群的ABCI多苷峰形和强度均较理想,可作为箭叶淫羊藿药用种质资源筛选的重点;AHHS居群不宜药用,但适合作为林下地被观赏;HBLT居群是非常特殊和优异的药用兼观赏种质资源。
Objective To investigate the variation and geographical distribution of the major active components in 16 populations of Epimedium distichum (including 1 leaf-bearing population). Methods HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), the most important and characteristic active ingredient in medicinal herbs, namely Epimeditum A, B, C and Icariin (referred to as Epimedium glycosides) constitute the peak Peak) fingerprint characteristics analysis. Results 16 populations can be divided into 4 major categories and 6 sub-categories. Epimedin C dominant spectrum most commonly, 75% of the population for this type. AHHS (Huangshan, Anhui) populations were blank spectrum, HBLT (Hubei Luotian) was the only icariin-dominated and epimedin B was stronger than epimedin C population. Conclusion The ABCI-based chemical variation study and the classification of the genus Argyi Arrowhead germplasm resources evaluation, screening and utilization of great significance. HNZJ, HNLS, HBHF and HBLT ABCD polyglucoside peak shape and intensity are more ideal, can be used as the Arrow Yeh Hui medicinal germplasm resources screening focus; AHHS population should not be medicinal, but suitable as a forest To be watched underground; HBLT population is very special and excellent medicinal and ornamental germplasm resources.
