多元智能理论所倡导的一些教育观念与高素质的高职人才培养目标是不谋而合的。可以这样说,从未有这样的一种教育理论和教育思想如此地贴近职业教育的本质,将多元智能理论引入高职教育,必将为高职教育的改革奠定坚实的理论基础,输入新鲜的血液。本文以多元智能理论为指导思想,高职院校角色转变为主题,阐述了在多元智能理论下未来高职院校角色的转变。
Some educational ideas advocated by the theory of multiple intelligence coincide with the goal of training high-quality talents in higher vocational education. It can be said that there has never been such an educational theory and education thought that is close to the essence of vocational education and that the introduction of multiple intelligence theory into higher vocational education will surely lay a solid theoretical foundation for the reform of higher vocational education and input fresh blood. This article takes the theory of multiple intelligences as the guiding ideology and the role transformation of higher vocational colleges as the theme, expounds the change of the role of higher vocational colleges in the future under the theory of multiple intelligences.
